Objectives
 

Since 2023, the HKBU Summer Programmes have been providing a unique learning experience for high school and secondary school students worldwide. This year, our faculties and schools are excited to offer 11 different online programmes covering various disciplines. It will be a great opportunity for students to connect with international peers and engage in university-level courses. By enrolling in these programmes, students will be able to

• explore interests and strengths in different disciplines;
• experience the unique courses offered by HKBU;
• receive a certificate* to recognize participation achievements upon completion of the Programmes.

*Participants who complete all sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion awarded by HKBU and the School of Business/ School of Chinese Medicine/ School of Communication/ Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences/ Faculty of Science.

Important Notes
 

1. All sessions are conducted online.
2. Participation by invitation only.  Interested students from the invited schools are required to apply for the summer programmes through their school counsellors.
3. Participants must (1) be in their final year of high school study or starting their final year of high school study; and (2) be graduating from high school before July 2026.
4. All participants will be assigned to one of the programmes according to the nominations. Successful applicants will be informed individually via email.
5. Some of the programmes may require relevant knowledge or special software. Please read carefully before registration.  The programmes are free of charge.
6. The final programme schedule is subject to change.
7. HKBU reserves the right of making final decisions on all matters in relation to HKBU Summer Programmes for High School Students 2025.
8. Participants who complete all sessions of the programme enrolled will receive a Certificate of Completion awarded by HKBU and the School of Business/School of Chinese Medicine/School of Communication/Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences/Faculty of Science.
