Objectives
This programme is designed to assist students in developing a chatbot that can automatically recommend restaurants to customers and answer questions. Through the development process, students will enhance their knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), which is a branch of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that enables machines to understand human language.

- Explore how Chatbots are changing the way people interact with technology.
- Understand the technologies behind Chatbots such as Natural Language Processing and AI.
- Gain hands-on experience in building a smart chatbot assistant.
