Programme delivered by the Faculty of Science
The swift growth of smart cities brings the Internet of Things (IoT) and sensors to the forefront, which are essential for better energy management, monitoring, and analysis, all contributing to improved living standards in urban areas. This programme offers a chance to learn about IoT and various sensors through lectures. Skills in mobile app coding will also be taught, allowing for practical experience in gathering sensor data. Upon completion, students will have a solid understanding of IoT, sensor technology, and mobile app creation, preparing them to support the progress of smart cities and enhance city life.
